Ashish Vidyarthi celebrated Bihu with Rupali Baruah, tied mangalsutra in inside pics of marriage

New pictures from actor Ashish Vidyarthi’s wedding with Rupali Baruah have surfaced on social media. It captures them dancing their hearts out as they celebrate the union with their closest friends and family members. In one of the photos, Ashish was seen smiling posing with Rupali Baruah. He wore a beige colored kurta, paired with a Kerala mundu. She also wore the traditional Gamocha of Assam as Rupali hails from Guwahati. Rupali opted for a white and golden mekhla chador and completed her look with some gold jewelery inspired by South Indian temple art.

In the photographs, Rupali is shown with vermilion. He and Ashish were also seen in Varmala. One of the pictures was clicked when Ashish tied the mangalsutra to Rupali. In the pictures he also matched steps and performed Bihu. They were married in a club in Kolkata, after which the reception was held.

Ashish was previously married to Rajoshi Barua aka Peelu Vidyarthi, who is the daughter of actor Shakuntala Barua. They have a son, Arth Vidyarthi. Talking about his divorce, Ashish shared on social media, “About 22 years ago, Peelu and I met and we got married, and it was a wonderful one. We had Arth who is now 22, and he is working. But, somehow, for the last two years, Peelu and I found that after this beautiful innings that we played together, we realized that the way we looked at the future was a little different from each other. Yes, we tried our best, if we can resolve the differences, but then we found that differences can be resolved but it will be in a way that one of us will impose on the other and that will take away the happiness. Happiness is all we want, isn’t it?”

“As people are speculating, there was no torture, hardship or anything. We are two different people. For two years we tried to go our separate ways and now he is doing great in his career. I’ve been looking at a lot of backend stuff for the past five years. In my personal life, I have different needs now. I can no longer fulfill Mrs Vidyarthi’s goal,” added Peelu Vidyarthi in an exclusive interview with Hindustan Times.
