PLA is doing exercises near Taiwan since August 4
According to China’s state-run Global Times, the PLA’s Eastern Theater Command said on Monday (August 8) that it would continue its military exercises near Taiwan, focusing on anti-submarine operations and air-to-ship attacks. Let us inform that from 4 to 7 August, the PLA conducted joint exercises in 6 areas around Taiwan, in which all its troops were involved.

Chinese army has flown hundreds of planes, drones since 4 days
According to the news agency Xinhua, the focus was on testing the capabilities of joint attack to target targets located on the ground. In this exercise, under the theater command, the Air Force deployed different types of aircraft, including early warning aircraft, bombing planes, fighter planes. In fact, during the last 4 days, the Chinese Army flew hundreds of planes, drones and fired missiles.
