After this, a resolution was also passed in the UNSC to declare Rauf as a global terrorist, but China backed down from giving approval to this proposal.

Who is the terrorist Abdul Rauf Azhar?

Terrorist Abdul Rauf Azhar is the main operator of Pakistan-based terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed.
