Novak Djokovic in Wimbledon Final: Novak Djokovic defeated Britain’s Cameron Norrie in the semi-finals of Wimbledon to reach the final. With this win, Djokovic has broken Roger Federer’s record of playing the most Grand Slam finals. Djokovic will now be in the Grand Slam final for the 32nd time. Roger Federer has played 31 times and Rafael Nadal 30 times in Grand Slam finals.

At Wimbledon, first seed Djokovic faced a tough fight against ninth seed Norrie in the men’s singles semi-final bout. Djokovic lost his first set to Norrie 2-6. However, in the next three sets, Djokovic made a comeback and defeated Norrie 6-3, 6-2 and 6-4 to enter the final of Wimbledon.

Djokovic has won the Wimbledon title 6 times so far. He has been consistently becoming the champion here for the last three times. Djokovic has 20 Grand Slam titles in his name. He is in second place with Federer in the race to win the most Grand Slams. Rafael Nadal is on top in this matter. Nadal has won 22 Grand Slam titles so far.

Kyrgios will face Djokovic in the final
Novak Djokovic will face Australian player Kyrgios in the final of Wimbledon. Kyrgios got a walk over in the semi-finals. Rafael Nadal withdrew from Wimbledon semi-finals due to injury. In such a situation, Kyrgios got a place in the final without playing a semi-final match.
