Geetanjali Tripathi has returned after winning a gold medal in the International Wushu event. Common people and MP Ganesh Singh were also present along with family and acquaintances to welcome him. Seeing such a welcome, Gitanjali’s eyes filled with tears. Geetanjali stayed away from her parents at the age of 12 and today became the Lado of the country.
When Geetanjali Tripathi returned to Satna, she was given a grand welcome here. Bharat Mata was chanted. MP Ganesh Singh received Gitanjali and along with respect gave encouragement.
Geetanjali Tripathi was away from her parents for wushu training since she was only in the seventh standard. His journey started after that, reached many points of success. She has returned after winning several national events and now the Wushu International Games. Gitanjali says that those moments are memorable for me when the tricolor was waving in front. A tricolor was on my body and the national anthem was playing. Now Geetanjali will start preparing for the Asian Games.
Geetanjali Tripathi has three sisters and two brothers. Father Vinod Tripathi is an ASI in the Police Department in Sidhi. Geetanjali has now set a target of gold medal in the Asian Games. The parents are happily emotional on the daughter’s success. They say that the place of daughters is not in the four walls but also outside. You just need to give them a chance and believe.
