New Delhi:

India fiercely targeted the countries adopting a double attitude towards terrorism in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). India’s ambassador to UNSC, Ruchira Kamboj, has a strong comment on such criteria. Especially targeting China, he said that political will is needed to eliminate terrorism. Glorification of terrorists should be stopped. It is worth noting that this year China had blocked the proposal of India and America to designate Pakistani terrorist Abdul Rehman Makki internationally in the UN. On this, India had objected to this action of China.

India’s Ambassador to the United Nations, Ruchira Kamboj said, “You will remember that on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the cowardly attacks of 9/11 last year, the External Affairs Minister of India had put forward several suggestions to jointly combat terrorism. It is very important to follow these suggestions. Terrorism spread in one country cannot be ignored. He said that the expansion of the terrorist organization ISIS in Africa has the full attention of the international community to ensure that
That this threat is not seen as isolation as it has the potential to spread to other parts of the world as well.

It is our belief that terrorism in one part of the world is a threat to the peace and security of the whole world and therefore our response to this global challenge must be integrated, coordinated and most importantly effective.
