Infinix Smart 6 HD phone launched in India with 5000mAh battery and 2GB RAM, know the price

Infinix Smart 6 HD was launched in India on Sunday. The brand new budget smartphone owned by China’s Transsion Group is powered by Mediatek Helio A22 SoC and packs an 8-megapixel AI-supported rear camera sensor. The Infinix Smart 6 HD sports a waterdrop-style notch display and speakers with DTS surround sound. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery, which the company claims is capable of delivering up to 135 hours of talk time on a single charge.

Infinix Smart 6 HD price in India, availability

Infinix Smart 6 HD It has been launched in India with a single 2GB RAM and 32GB storage variant, which costs Rs 6,799. This price is for a limited time, but no information has been given about the exact duration. Currently, the phone is available for purchase through Flipkart in three color options – Aqua Sky, Force Black and Origin Blue.

E-commerce website ICICI Bank is offering 10 percent discount (up to Rs 750) on purchases made through credit cards and EMI transactions. In addition, customers can avail 10 percent (up to Rs.1,000) discount on purchases made using Kotak Mahindra Bank cards and EMI transactions.

Infinix Smart 6 HD specifications

The dual-SIM (Nano) Infinix Smart 6 HD runs on Android 11 (Go Edition) and sports a 6.6-inch HD+ display with 90.6 percent screen-to-body ratio. The peak brightness of the display is 480 nits. Infinix Smart 6 HD is powered by quad-core 12nm MediaTek Dimensity A22 chipset, and comes with 2GB LPDDR4X RAM. The RAM can be expanded up to virtually 4GB using the inbuilt storage.

The budget smartphone comes with an 8-megapixel AI rear camera equipped with dual LED flash. On the front is a 5 megapixel camera with dual LED flash. The selfie camera supports features like time-lapse, portrait and wide selfie modes. Infinix Smart 6 HD offers up to 32GB of inbuilt storage. However, the storage can be expanded up to 512GB via a dedicated microSD card slot.

Connectivity options on the Infinix Smart 6 HD include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS/ A-GPS. Onboard sensors include ambient light sensor, accelerometer and proximity sensor. According to the company, the smartphone is equipped with Face Unlock feature for biometric authentication.

Apart from this, Infinix has provided stereo speakers equipped with DTS surround sound support in the smartphone. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery, which the company claims can deliver up to 102 hours of music playback time and up to 135 hours of talk time.
