Kareena also spoke about Saif Ali Khan’s reaction to how he always entertains the paparazzi while he ignores the photographers. Recently, Saif reacted angrily when paparazzi followed him and Kareena to their building.
In an interview with Zoom, Kareena was asked if Saif and she were planning to mend their relationship with the paparazzi. She added, “I’m not drawing any lines. In fact, I’ve been like, whatever…if they’re clicking, let them click. Even I’m like, ‘I What should I do? I try as hard as I can and you know…both Saif and I have been very honest. But of course, sometimes one feels like coming into the building, or doing certain things, or clicking the kids. Well, when they are going for extra-curricular activities, as Saif said, that is the only thing we have requested them not to do.
Kareena also said that Saif is surprised by how willing she is to pose for the paparazzi. He said, “Saif likes ‘You always pose’.” And I’m like, ‘Yeah! I am with the plan, Saif. Saif is walking and trying to calm down, and he is saying, ‘Why are you posing?’ And I’m like, ‘Chill, that’s me’.
Earlier this month, Saif Ali Khan seemed annoyed with photographers following him and Kareena Kapoor as they were returning home from a party. Saif had jokingly said, ‘hamare bedroom mein aajai (just come inside our bedroom)’, when they were asking for a behind the scenes photo of him and Kareena. The actor had then issued a statement clarifying that he was not taking any legal action against anyone.
Saif had said, “The building’s security guard is not being sacked, it’s not his fault and no one is taking legal action against the culprits because we don’t want to work like this. However, the facts is that they entered through the gate, inside private property in front of the security guard and completely invaded our place and put 20 cameras and lights on us as if they have a right to do so, and this is misbehavior and Everyone should be in limits. We cooperate with paparazzi all the time and we understand but outside the house, outside the gate, otherwise, where does one draw the line?
