Set in Bihar, Ritesh S Kumar to shoot his next film in UP

Filmmaker Ritesh S Kumar has focused on a few locations in Lucknow and Gorakhpur to shoot his next OTT series. Though the project is based on a story set in Bihar, Kumar feels that shooting in Uttar Pradesh would be the right choice for now.

Recalling his earlier days, Kumar said that he came to Mumbai in 2007 to pursue a career. “I come from a small town and my only aim was to work, earn money. So, I joined an animation course and started working on graphics and VFX. There I got a chance to work in feature films. I made some short films and made in 2018 Mridang Which went to many film festivals and won too,” he tells.
