Shah Rukh Khan launched Gauri Khan’s book, said- Gauri is the busiest person in the house

Shah Rukh Khan launches wife Gauri Khan’s first coffee table book called My Life in Design. The book was launched in Mumbai on Monday and the actor shared details of Gauri’s busy schedule, describing her as the busiest of Khans. He further added that whatever the family does during the day, they make sure to get together for dinner when they are in Mumbai. The proud husband was seen at the launch of Gauri’s Coffee Table Book, which is published by Ebury Press. It features exclusive photographs of the Khans including Shah Rukh and their three children, Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan. The book also featured Khan’s famous house Mannat in Bandra, where fans of the actor gather to catch a glimpse of the superstar.

Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan unveil the book together at the launch; They were matching in black. Shah Khan, who later wrote the foreword to the book, described Gauri’s career. She added, “He’s actually the busier person in the house now than me, my son, my daughter, and my little daughter and my sister. I’m like, ‘What are you doing all day? Why are you staying up?’ Are you doing so much work? He said because it satisfies me. I think this book is for that.”

He also said, “We have dinner at home. We don’t have a choice in that. We have to have dinner together. At those dinners, we discuss how was your day at work? At the end of dinner, the discussion yes, it was a satisfying dinner because [Gauri] believes that a satisfying day is a happy day.”

My Life in Design will also feature photographs along with some of Gauri’s key design projects for various celebrities. The interior designer also shares tips with those who want to join this field and learn more about design in general.

Shah Rukh was last seen in the blockbuster Pathan directed by Siddharth Anand. He will also be seen in Atlee’s Jawan and Rajkumar Hirani’s Danki later this year. He is also expected to make a cameo in Salman Khan-starrer Tiger 3.
