Actor couple Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani tied the knot at Suryagarh Palace in Rajasthan. The two dated for a few years and worked together in their hit film Shershaah. An hour after Siddhartha’s royal procession arrived at the venue, their Wikipedia accounts marked them married. Kiara Advani wore a pink lehenga for the wedding, which was designed by Manish Malhotra. Complementing him was Siddhartha wearing an ivory sherwani. He shared pictures of his first official wedding with a line from his film Shershaah: “Ab hamari permanent booking hota hai.” We seek your blessings and love on our journey ahead.

The two are yet to pose for the media stationed outside the wedding venue in Jaisalmer.

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani hosted a mehendi and sangeet on Monday. Their pre-wedding festivities began with a welcome luncheon, which was followed by a grand concert on Monday evening. His playlist included many songs like Ranjha, Kabhi Tumhe, Tera Ban Jaunga and Mehndi Lagake Rakhna. Multiple visuals of the incident were posted online amid tight security by the paparazzi.

The wedding is an intimate affair, which was attended by their close friends, family members and colleagues from the industry. Karan Johar, Manish, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Juhi Chawla and other celebrities arrived at the airport for the wedding.

Kiara and Sidharth dated secretly and never publicly confirmed their relationship status. It is believed that they fell in love during the making of their 2021 film Shershaah. It was their first film together and their only film till date. While Sidharth played the role of martyr Vikram Batra, Kiara was his fiancee Dimple. The film was a big hit because of the great chemistry between the two.

Kiara, who was last seen in Govinda Naam Mera, will next be seen in the upcoming Satyaprem Ki Katha opposite Kartik Aaryan. The film is scheduled to release on June 29. On the other hand, Sidharth will soon make his web series debut with Rohit Shetty’s upcoming series Indian Police Force. Apart from this, Yodha is also one of his upcoming projects. His last outing was Mission Majnu opposite Rashmika Mandanna.
