Ahead of the release of TMZ’s documentary on pop singer Britney Spears, her husband Sam Asghari took to Instagram to criticize those involved in the TV special. Sam’s post comes as TMZ published a report that said his marriage to Britney is in “deep trouble”.

Sam posted a story on Instagram on Sunday night, saying: “I find it absolutely disgusting that the people who were in her life when she didn’t have a voice, went and told her story like it was theirs. “

“It was absolutely disgusting,” he said.
In the video story, Sam also talks about Britney’s controversial conservatism phase. Notably, Britney has been under the tutelage of her father Jamie Spears since 2008. Her conservatorship ends in 2021 following a court decision, allowing her to make her own personal and financial decisions.
“How are you going to take America’s sweetheart, the most influential person of her generation, the princess of pop, and put her in the prison where her father [Jamie Spears] Tells her what to do, what water to drink, who to see and uses her as a money making machine?” Sam further said in the video.
“All of a sudden — 15 years after she was set free after all that gaslighting, all those things that went down — now you’re going to put her under a microscope and tell her story?” Sam said, criticizing an upcoming TMZ documentary.
“No, no, that’s disgusting too, so don’t do it, and don’t believe what you read online. Ninety-nine percent of the time they’re all clickbait.” [stories] For you to click and for them to make money, and that time is up,” Sam added in the video post.
Sam ended the now-deleted video post by asking the “gaslighting and s**t” to stop.
In their report, TMZ alleges that Britney got physical with Sam and things got so volatile that security had to step in to defuse the matter.
