Global Liveability Index: The economic condition of Pakistan is also slowly getting worse. Meanwhile, Pakistan has suffered another setback. The poor city of Karachi in Pakistan is not worth living. The Global Liveability Index report states that Karachi is among the worst places in the world to live. According to the recently released Global Liveability Index by the Economist Intelligence Unit, Karachi has again made it to the list of the worst cities to live in the world in 2022.

News International reported that the report analyzed and identified 172 cities based on five factors, which are infrastructure, health care, education, culture and entertainment. The most livable cities in the world are mostly in Europe and Canada due to good infrastructure and stability, especially in the Global Liveability Index. Vienna, the capital of Austria, has topped the list of top 10 places to live in the world. Vienna had topped the list in 2018 and 2019 as well.
